1.1 Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed once payment is received or a deposit has been made.
1.2 Payment Methods: Currently, Ajenor Hotels only accepts cash payments. Please ensure you have the necessary funds upon arrival.
1.3 Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date. After this period, a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay may apply.
1.4 No-Show Policy: In case of no-show without prior notice, Ajenor Hotels reserves the right to charge for the entire booking.
2.1 Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
2.2 Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
2.3 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.1 Occupancy: The number of guests per room is limited to the maximum occupancy stated in the room description.
3.2 Room Conditions: Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and will be charged for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
3.3 Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available. A penalty of UGX 200,000 will be applied for smoking inside the rooms.
3.4 Noise Policy: Guests must respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without a refund.
4.1 Personal Belongings: Ajenor Hotels is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their items.
4.2 Safety: Guests must follow all safety regulations during their stay, including fire safety procedures.
4.3 Pets: Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises unless pre-approved by management. Service animals are permitted.
5.1 Room Service: Available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additional charges may apply.
5.2 Parking: Free parking is available for guests. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
6.1 Ajenor Hotels will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your stay, except for cases resulting from gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
6.2 Guests agree to indemnify Ajenor Hotels from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of hotel services.
7.1 Ajenor Hotels reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.
8.1 In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If this fails, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
9.1 Ajenor Hotels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request at the hotel.
